Age requirement: Must be 18+ to order
-Payment: Secure checkout through Shopify with SSL encryption and PCI, DSS compliance using most trusted payment gateways online!
-Account: Not at all required at checkout, but is recommended for proper order tracking and reliable customer support.

Delivery times: US (3-14 days), International (5-25 days)
Expedited shipping available at checkout
International customers: You're responsible for customs duties and taxes

Return window: 14 days from delivery

Return fees: $5-10 processing fee + 2-5% restocking fee
Refund time: 5-14 business days after inspection
Can't return: Custom items, hygiene products, sale items, gift cards
Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 7+ days - we'll cover all costs when it's our error.
